California Insurance Guarantee Association - Litigation Manager

The California Insurance Guarantee Association (CIGA) is searching for a Litigation Manager to oversee the inventory of workers' compensation claim files assigned to outside counsel while ensuring compliance with established Litigation Guidelines. The Litigation Manager will work closely with CIGA's management team to fully develop and implement a pro-active and cost efficient litigation management program.
Education:
A BS/BA degree and a JD from an accredited college or university are required. Admitted member in good standing of The State Bar of California required.
Experience: Comprehensive knowledge of California Workers' Compensation laws, rules, and regulations. Minimum five (5) years experience adjudicating California workers' compensation cases. Knowledge of CIGA defenses a plus. Please send all resumes to resume4hr@caiga.org
